About the role
- Cybersecurity Engineer responsible for managing Container vulnerabilities and cybersecurity capabilities. Involves design, testing, and implementation of security technologies.
Responsibilities
- Implementing and maintaining Container vulnerability identification, management, and reporting
- Contributing to developing and maintaining technical IT/cyber security capabilities
- Assisting in the designing, planning, testing, and implementation phases of cybersecurity technology projects
- Deploying and implementing scanning tools to identify vulnerabilities
- Analyzing vulnerabilities and assisting development teams with remediation
- Writing scripts to assist in automation of business requirements
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree
- Five years of experience in systems engineering or administration
- In-depth knowledge in applied enterprise information security technologies
- Previous experience in planning and managing IT projects
- Knowledge of and experience with containerized applications and base operating systems
- Scripting and automation experience (i.e., Python, JavaScript, Terraform)
