Responsibilities
Support in quality and information security management: Actively contribute to the design and optimization of processes in collaboration with our specialist departments.
Document processes: Help capture and create process flows — always in close coordination with our experts.
Participate in internal audits: Assist in preparing and following up on internal audits and learn what is important.
Analyze data: Produce statistics and reports that help us improve.
Update documents: Edit standard documents and keep them up to date.
Requirements
You are currently enrolled in university: Whether in Business Administration or a comparable degree — it is important that you remain enrolled for at least the next 12 months.
Analytical thinking & project awareness: You have a good sense for projects and approach tasks analytically.
Proficient in MS Office: Word, Excel and PowerPoint are tools you are comfortable using.
Bonus: Software know‑how: Ideally you have initial experience with process modeling software such as ViFlow or Visio.
