Responsibilities
Develop and manage customers in the defense and public safety (BOS) sector
Actively support Sales & Business Development in identifying and implementing new business opportunities
Build long-term, trust-based customer relationships and develop them strategically
Qualify leads, plan and conduct customer meetings
Support the entire sales process
Prepare and present solution and proposal concepts
Work closely with PreSales and internal business units
Coordinate internal interfaces and ensure smooth collaboration
Participate in trade fairs, workshops and industry events
Requirements
Completed degree in business administration or engineering, or a comparable qualification
Some to several years of sales experience, ideally in the defense, public security or BOS environment
Confident communication, structured working style and consistent pursuit of goals
Confident presence and the ability to explain complex matters clearly
Very good German and English skills, both written and spoken
Willingness to travel within the DACH region
