Responsibilities
Central point of contact for questions related to quality management (QM) and quality assurance for our IT projects
Responsible for establishing, maintaining, monitoring and improving quality management in IT projects
Promote our quality culture
Further develop the tools and methodology of quality management
Provide operational support and advice to IT project managers on the application of QM tools and methods
Conduct regular inspections to ensure quality in IT projects
Ensure transparency of quality management across IT projects and act as the interface between management and the operational project level
Requirements
Successfully completed degree in engineering, business administration or a comparable qualification
Several years of experience in quality management and quality assurance
Certification/qualification as an auditor is desirable
Knowledge of quality management in IT projects and ideally experience in developing and improving project quality management concepts
Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills
Team‑oriented and communicative personality
Very good German and English skills, both written and spoken
Willingness to travel
