About the role

  • Associate Solution Engineer joining Infobip's Solution Engineering division to learn solutions and support customers. Focused on technical documentation, customer training, and solution implementation.

Responsibilities

  • Develop a foundational understanding of customers’ businesses to identify which Infobip solutions and products best support their growth
  • Assist in designing new and innovative solutions aligned with customer business needs
  • Collect technical requirements and design simple technical solutions and service integration plans
  • Support the handling of technical and security questionnaires
  • Conduct engaging demos and proofs of concept (POCs)
  • Assist with scoping exercises and contribute to service quote estimations
  • Support the implementation of solutions for new and existing customers
  • Deliver clear, comprehensive technical documentation
  • Configure and implement Infobip solutions based on customer requirements
  • Conduct training and solution enablement sessions for SMB customers and document outcomes with meeting minutes and summaries
  • Contribute to internal initiatives, document best practices, and share knowledge through departmental communities of practice
  • Build understanding of local market requirements and trends
  • Continuously learn Infobip’s products and solutions, both technically and commercially, staying up to date with changes and upgrades

Requirements

  • Degree in engineering, computer science, information technology, or a similar field
  • 1 to 2 years of experience in a similar or related role
  • Strong interest in understanding business problems and customer needs, demonstrated through internships, university projects, case studies, or hackathons
  • Hands-on exposure to AI and LLM solutions, such as chatbots or agents, prompt engineering, basic retrieval-augmented generation (RAG), or API integrations, gained through academic or personal projects
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills across teams and stakeholders
  • Fluent in spoken and written in English and Italian
  • Solid problem-solving and troubleshooting skills with moderate guidance
  • Structured, detail-oriented, and reliable in a fast-paced environment
  • Curious and proactive learner with interest in customer needs, solution design, and industry trends
