About the role

  • Affiliate Community Manager at Influencer, scaling affiliate communities and enhancing creator engagement across EMEA. Engaging with creators to maximize community performance and drive social commerce impact.

Responsibilities

  • Identify, onboard and scale a high-quality community of affiliate creators across multiple brand portfolios.
  • Manage and activate hundreds of creators at scale through structured community levers, not 1:1 dependency.
  • Design and implement scalable community infrastructure, including communication channels & frequency, educational material, engagement tactics, and incentive mechanics.
  • Drive consistent creator output across affiliate networks, TikTok Shop, YouTube Shopping, Meta Commerce, and livestream formats.
  • Coach creators on affiliate and social commerce best practices to ensure content is conversion-focused and platform-native.
  • Increase active creator rates, posting frequency, and overall content volume across programmes.
  • Monitor community health and engagement, proactively identifying and addressing performance gaps.
  • Collaborate with Client Services, Creative Operations and Growth to align creator activation with broader client and performance objectives.
  • Contribute to the evolution of Influencer’s affiliate community playbooks and scalable activation frameworks.

Requirements

  • 3+ years experience in influencer marketing, affiliate marketing, social commerce, or creator community management
  • A strategic thinker with a passion for building affiliate communities at scale, empowering creators through high-impact education and performance-led development
  • Strong understanding of affiliate and shoppable content - and what makes it convert vs. organic brand content.
  • Demonstrated ability to drive measurable increases in creator output, engagement, and participation.
  • Comfort operating as an individual contributor within a fast-moving, entrepreneurial environment.
  • A systems mindset, able to design scalable community processes rather than rely on 1:1 management.
  • Strong communication skills, able to motivate, educate, and inspire creators at scale.
  • Analytical instincts, with the ability to interpret performance signals and translate them into action.
