  • Service Manager overseeing the Service Department operations for Curtis Power Solutions. Responsible for personnel training, performance reviews, and departmental processes for customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

  • Assist with the development and training of service personnel
  • Complete performance reviews of service staff
  • Communicate and direct service department processes to ensure internal and external customer satisfaction
  • Abide by and implement factory certification requirements and programs
  • Ensure all departmental tools, equipment, and vehicles are in working order
  • Manage recruiting, staffing, and employee development activities
