Oversee and measure the health, functionality, and development of the department team members

Ability to effectively perform all areas of employment services as needed
Other duties as assigned

Requirements
College degree preferred or equivalent proven experience
Clear background checks as defined by state regulations and policies
Minimum one year experience providing job development in the field of developmental disability services or similar
Minimum 2+ years management experience
Must be 18 years of age or older
Strong written and verbal communication skills required to effectively communicate with individuals with different communication styles and ability levels.
Understand program policies and procedures within ACC, as well as with all other I/DD service agencies
Demonstrated ability to provide culturally sensitive services to diverse client populations and maintain a cooperative working relationship with others in a culturally diverse environment
Ability to provide employment services and compliance with confidentiality in accordance with federal, state and/or funding source requirements
Knowledge of community resources enabling appropriate referrals for specific client needs
Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, Google Workplace, and various other electronic record keeping systems
