Requirements
- College degree preferred or equivalent proven experience
- Clear background checks as defined by state regulations and policies
- Minimum one year experience providing job development in the field of developmental disability services or similar
- Minimum 2+ years management experience
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- Strong written and verbal communication skills required to effectively communicate with individuals with different communication styles and ability levels.
- Understand program policies and procedures within ACC, as well as with all other I/DD service agencies
- Demonstrated ability to provide culturally sensitive services to diverse client populations and maintain a cooperative working relationship with others in a culturally diverse environment
- Ability to provide employment services and compliance with confidentiality in accordance with federal, state and/or funding source requirements
- Knowledge of community resources enabling appropriate referrals for specific client needs
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, Google Workplace, and various other electronic record keeping systems
- Bi-lingual (English/Spanish) fluency preferred.
