About the role
- IT-Produktionsmanager ensuring the secure operation of Workplace infrastructure for financial services firm. Involves collaboration, IT-Provider management, and compliance with regulations.
Responsibilities
- Sicherer Betrieb der Workplace-Infrastruktur (Windows-Clients und zugehörige Backend-Dienste)
- Steuerung des IT-Dienstleisters für diese Infrastrukturen
- Gestaltung der Workplace- & Collaboration-Umgebung
- Einhaltung der regulatorischen und sicherheitsrelevanten Vorgaben
- Verantwortung für das Lizenz- und Kostenmanagement
- Betrieb und Überwachung der IT-Systeme
- Integration von M365 in die Office-Infrastruktur vorbereiten
- Erstellung von Betriebsvorgaben und -handbüchern
- Ansprechpartner/in für Fachbereiche bei Fragen und Projekten
- Übernahme der fachlichen Verantwortung für ausgewählte Themen
Requirements
- Umfassende Kenntnisse im Umfeld Workplace-Management und Erfahrung im Aufbau einer M365 Office-Infrastruktur
- Breites Wissen in Bezug auf IT-Workplace & Collaboration-Lösungen
- Verhandlungssichere Deutschkenntnisse (C1)
- Gute Englischkenntnisse (B1)
- Erfahrung in der operativen Steuerung von Betriebs-/RZ-Providern
