About the role
- Supply Chain Administrator supporting Operations team with administrative tasks and analytics. Ensuring smooth operational processes for suppliers and clients in a hybrid work model.
Responsibilities
- Support the Operations team with all back office and administrative tasks.
- Process order confirmations from suppliers quickly and efficiently.

- Maintain all Supply Chain relevant documentation in accordance with the company’s quality requirements.
- Process daily transaction files to confirm shipping and device associations.
- Provide general support to the supply chain department to achieve KPIs.
Requirements
- Strong office admin skills, with competency using MS Office (particularly Excel and Outlook)
- Good interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively with both internal and external stakeholders/suppliers.
