About the role

  • Supply Chain Administrator supporting Operations team with administrative tasks and analytics. Ensuring smooth operational processes for suppliers and clients in a hybrid work model.

Responsibilities

  • Support the Operations team with all back office and administrative tasks.
  • Process order confirmations from suppliers quickly and efficiently.
  • Follow up with suppliers when orders are overdue and resolve issues with discrepancies with Goods In.
  • Maintain all Supply Chain relevant documentation in accordance with the company’s quality requirements.
  • Process daily transaction files to confirm shipping and device associations.
  • Provide general support to the supply chain department to achieve KPIs.

Requirements

  • Strong office admin skills, with competency using MS Office (particularly Excel and Outlook)
  • Good interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively with both internal and external stakeholders/suppliers.
  • High attention to detail and accuracy, with a customer-focused and self-motivated attitude.
  • Be flexible and adaptable to changing priorities.
  • A team player with the ability to work in a dynamic and cross-functional environment.
