About the role
- Customer Supply Chain Manager enhancing supply chain efficiencies for Clorox and Club Channel Customers. Focus on improving KPIs and optimizing cost-to-serve with cross-functional teams.
Responsibilities
- Responsible for collaboratively supporting the supply chain and business needs of Clorox and Club Channel Customers
- Develop and execute action plans for improving performance on key performance indicators (KPIs) for Clorox and Walmart
- Drive continuous improvement across the order-to-cash cycle
- Serve as the subject matter expert on Clorox operations and customer supply chain requirements
- Identify solutions and risks in supporting supply to meet demand
- Assist in the development of joint business plans with key stakeholders
- Develop partnerships across key stakeholders including internal/external Customer teams, Sales, Marketing, Planning, Order Management, Logistics and Finance
- Lead and support projects to improve short-term performance and build long-term capabilities
Requirements
- 3-5 years of experience in supply chain management, preferably in a retail or consumer goods environment
- Demonstrated ability to contribute to operational excellence and achieve KPI targets
- Strong analytical skills and ability to derive actionable insights from data
- Effective project management skills with the ability to work collaboratively in cross-functional teams
- Familiarity with SAP, Power BI, and Microsoft Office Suite
- Knowledge of Walmart's supply chain processes and requirements is a plus.
