Responsibilities
Execute the sales planning for your territory as validated by immediate management, ensuring all strategies align with the company’s objectives;
Monitor sales progress in your area, anticipating and resolving challenges to ensure targets are met;
Build and maintain trusted partnerships with customers, providing support and consultancy to meet their specific needs in implant dentistry and dental equipment;
Manage the order cycle, ensuring each stage is carefully tracked through to final delivery to the customer;
Focus on established revenue targets, contributing to the company’s growth and success;
Hold regular meetings with key customers to strengthen relationships and identify new opportunities;
Execute targeted sales campaigns following the company’s internal guidelines and policies to maximize impact;
Stay informed about competitor activities and strategies, providing valuable market intelligence to inform strategy and seeking connections with key opinion leaders in the dental field.
Requirements
High school diploma;
Proficient in Microsoft Office;
Bachelor’s degree in commercial management, business administration or a related field (a plus);
Experience with Protheus ERP (a plus);
Previous experience in field/external sales is highly desirable, especially in the healthcare or dental sector;
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and partners;
Motivated to meet and exceed sales targets, with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
