About the role

  • Product Operations Manager ensuring operational excellence across product initiatives at AI-driven HCP Engagement Engine. Partnering with Product Managers and Engineering leadership to streamline processes.

Responsibilities

  • Maintain the product source of truth including roadmaps, OKRs, calendars, trackers, and decision logs.
  • Communicate project updates, priorities, and timelines clearly to cross functional stakeholders.
  • Provide administrative assistance to CPO and SVP of Product.
  • Lead the scheduling and logistics of product team offsites from scheduling meetings to booking travel and hotels.
  • Act as a partial office administrator to the Impiricus NYC office.
  • Partner with the Product team to ensure deliverables, timelines, and dependencies stay on track.
  • Publish simple dashboards and post release summaries to increase visibility and accountability.
  • Keep the CPO and ELT informed of progress, risks, delays, and decisions requiring escalation.
  • Act as the central connection point across squads and stakeholders to ensure alignment and clarity.
  • Partner with Product and Engineering leaders to ensure the roadmap reflects strategic priorities and evolving business needs.
  • Facilitate roadmap reviews, planning sessions, and cross functional alignment meetings.
  • Create product collateral including slides, documents, visual assets, and leadership meeting materials.
  • Manage scheduling and coordination for product reviews, planning sessions, and leadership touch points.
  • Support the Product team in preparing materials for industry events in partnership with Marketing.
  • Maintain exceptional organization and follow through to ensure nothing falls through the cracks.
  • Serve as the right hand partner to the CPO by anticipating needs, removing blockers, and ensuring smooth operations.

Requirements

  • 5+ years in Product Operations, Product Management, Program Management, or similar roles within SaaS, Technology, Pharma, or Healthtech.
  • Strong fluency with product concepts, development lifecycles, and cross functional collaboration.
  • High operational rigor with proven success building processes, workflows, and documentation.
  • Experience partnering directly with executives and senior leaders.
  • Hands on experience with Jira, PowerPoint, Excel, and other product operations tools.
  • Experience generating roadmap slides, scheduling roadmap cycles, and contributing to product collateral.
  • Comfort handling administrative tasks that support overall product effectiveness.
  • Excellent organization skills with the ability to manage complexity and ensure nothing is overlooked.
  • Experience creating templates, SOPs, and standards that raise the bar for the Product function.
