- Independently facilitate workflow mapping workshops and usability testing sessions with agency HR teams
- Identify patterns in support requests and user feedback; surface insights proactively
Requirements
- Some working experience, ideally in operations, consulting, account management, or a client-facing role
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Comfortable working in ambiguous, fast-moving environments
- Experience facilitating workshops or training sessions (Good to Have)
- Familiarity with enterprise SaaS tools or HR technology (Good to Have)
- Background in user research, change management, or customer support (Good to Have)
