About the role

  • Sr. Manager overseeing Product Operations in Personalization category at Crocs. Drive end-to-end product operations strategy and manage initiatives across cross-functional teams in a high-growth environment.

Responsibilities

  • Define and drive the Product Creation Calendar & Process Management for Personalization category
  • Manage and deconflict multi-season overlap
  • Ensure all product-to-market deliverables are timely
  • Map and measure the performance of every step in the Product to Market process
  • Establish repeatable processes to support product lifecycle and continual optimization
  • Point of contact for Personalization initiatives across various teams
  • Ensure alignment and effective communication across teams

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in business, Supply Chain or related degree with expertise in Product Creation, Retail and Management
  • 8+ years of dynamic operations and/or strategy experience
  • Deep knowledge of product to market process and end-to-end product operations
  • Prior experience working for a highly matrixed global company
  • Strong leadership and teamwork skills
  • Ability to find the root cause of issues and objectively find the best solutions
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
