Requirements

  • Over 10 years of working experience in employee relations or labour law
  • Thorough knowledge of Thai labour laws and regulations
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Proven track record of fostering positive employee-employer relationships
  • Bachelor’s degree in related field, or consideration of an equivalent combination of education and experience
