About the role

Responsibilities
- Lead the full lifecycle of live and hybrid events, exhibitions, conferences, and experiential programmes
- Collaborate cross-functionally to translate client goals into compelling event concepts and engagement strategies
- Manage budgets, timelines, and production schedules; negotiate with suppliers and venues to ensure value and quality
- Oversee logistics including registration, travel, accommodation, shipping/receiving, and on-site operations
- Serve as primary event lead on site, ensuring flawless delivery and client satisfaction
- Track and measure programme outcomes to inform continuous improvement and account growth opportunities
- Mentor junior team members and work closely with agency and freelance partners
Requirements
- 6–8+ years of experience managing complex live events, exhibitions, or experiential programmes (agency experience a plus)
- Demonstrated success leading projects from brief through execution with multiple workstreams and stakeholders
- Strong communication and client-facing skills with the ability to manage expectations, solve problems, and drive decisions
- Proven ability to manage budgets, suppliers, and competing timelines in fast-paced environments
- Experience in a global or EMEA-focused events role
- Familiarity with the life sciences, technology, automotive, or B2B sectors
- Knowledge of current trends in experiential marketing, attendee engagement, and event technology solutions
- Professional certifications (e.g., CMP) are advantageous but not required
