Responsibilities
Conduct end-to-end recruitment processes.
Analyze market and competitor trends, providing insights and improvements for selection processes.
Align requirements and gather needs with technical leadership and business areas.
Perform active sourcing on platforms such as LinkedIn, GitHub, developer communities and referrals.
Screen resumes based on technical requirements (languages, frameworks, architecture, cloud).
Conduct structured interviews, assessing technical and behavioral competencies.
Manage and maintain an updated, qualified candidate pipeline.
Create attraction and talent engagement strategies.
Develop personalized approaches for strategic or hard-to-find profiles.
Requirements
Proven experience in Tech Recruitment.
Experience handling a high volume of tech openings.
Knowledge of languages, frameworks, methodologies and technical roles (Backend, Frontend, QA, DevOps, Security, Data, etc.).
Strong sourcing and hunting techniques for tech profiles.
Experience with ATS and recruitment tools.
Proactive in proposing improvements and changes to selection and internal processes.
Support and participate in Employer Branding projects.
Bachelor’s degree completed.
Good communication, professional demeanor, organizational skills and a collaborative profile.
