Responsibilities

  • Promote and sell franchise services in assigned territory, meeting or exceeding sales goals.
  • Grow and develop customer base by identifying new prospects and routinely contacting customers.
  • Conduct repetitive contact calls to build relationships and educate customers on PuroClean services.
  • Provide clear pretesting, scoping of services, and job estimates.
  • Monitor and follow-up on all assigned jobs ensuring customer needs are met.

Requirements

  • Ability to communicate clearly and effectively with a genuine interest in people.
  • Asking open ended questions and delivering the brand ‘message’.
  • Talent in identifying and maximizing opportunities to build relationships with clients and customers to create win-win situations and support the business.
  • Comfortable with setting and running appointments, educational classes and community events in a group setting.
  • Respect for safety and brand identity guidelines.
  • Ability to present yourself professionally and with integrity in a sales-based setting.
