Prepare business development plan based on performance and franchise growth objectives
Build, maintain, and strengthen client relationships with sales territory contacts
Complete annual marketing needs assessment and develop action plans
Perform comparative analysis of revenue and activities metrics vs established goals
Develop marketing initiatives and budget for annual marketing plan
Recruit, train, develop, and manage marketing teammates
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in marketing or business or equivalent experience preferred
A minimum of five years of direct sales experience
At least one year of management experience
Experience in building a strong team with tangible leadership skills
Strong process and results driven attitude
Experience in the cleaning, restoration, or insurance industry is preferred
