About the role

  • Business Development Manager responsible for marketing campaigns and client relationship management at SERVPRO. Leading business development efforts to grow profit and revenue.

Responsibilities

  • Responsible for driving marketing campaigns, overseeing client database, and maintaining an active presence at local and regional associations and trade show events
  • Responsible for growing business profit and revenue and developing long-standing business relationships
  • Understand competitive advantages of using SERVPRO and educate clients about brand benefits
  • Prepare business development plan based on performance and franchise growth objectives
  • Build, maintain, and strengthen client relationships with sales territory contacts
  • Complete annual marketing needs assessment and develop action plans
  • Perform comparative analysis of revenue and activities metrics vs established goals
  • Develop marketing initiatives and budget for annual marketing plan
  • Recruit, train, develop, and manage marketing teammates

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing or business or equivalent experience preferred
  • A minimum of five years of direct sales experience
  • At least one year of management experience
  • Experience in building a strong team with tangible leadership skills
  • Strong process and results driven attitude
  • Experience in the cleaning, restoration, or insurance industry is preferred
