Responsibilities
- Be responsible for the organization, operation and quality of care within the crèche
- Embody the vision and values of the educational project
- Ensure overall management of the facility
- Develop, lead and implement the establishment's project
- Welcome, advise and coordinate relations with families
- Design and oversee the educational/pedagogical project
- Promote high-quality early childhood care
- Manage administration, budgets and facilities

Requirements
- All rules relating to the director and their deputy are defined by regulation (Articles R.2324-34, R.2324-35, R.2324-46 of the French Public Health Code)
- Holder of a State Diploma (DE) in pediatric nursing (puéricultrice/puériculteur) with at least 3 years' experience
- Holder of a State Diploma (DE) as a Registered Nurse with at least 3 years' experience working with children
- Holder of a State Diploma (DE) as an Early Childhood Educator (Educateur de jeunes enfants) with at least 3 years' experience
