About the role

  • Director of Global Total Rewards overseeing compensation and benefits for Convera. Leading governance and delivery across global regions in a hybrid work environment.

Responsibilities

  • Responsible for the day-to-day design, delivery, and governance of global compensation, benefits, and rewards programs.
  • Lead compensation cycles, build and maintain models, manage vendors, resolve complex reward issues.
  • Conduct hands-on pay equity, pay transparency, and internal parity analyses across regions.
  • Ensure compliance with all applicable compensation and benefits regulations.
  • Lead the operational management and renewal of global benefits programs across regions.
  • Own end-to-end design, administration, and governance of global sales compensation and incentive plans.
  • Ensure HR systems accurately reflect all Total Rewards data.
  • Provide clear guidance to managers and employees on compensation and benefits programs.
  • Lead and develop a small, hands-on Total Rewards team, focusing on accuracy, accountability, and consistency.

Requirements

  • 10+ years in HR, with deep hands-on experience in global compensation and benefits delivery.
  • Advanced Excel / data modelling capability; comfortable building and maintaining complex models.
  • Strong working knowledge of HRIS and compensation systems.
  • Experience managing compensation and benefits across multiple international regions.
  • Comfortable operating at pace in a hands-on, detail-oriented environment.
  • Strong judgement and problem-solving capability.
  • Bachelor’s degree (or similar) in HR, Finance, or related field. CCP, CEBS, or similar certifications strongly preferred.
