Responsibilities
Responsible for the day-to-day design, delivery, and governance of global compensation, benefits, and rewards programs.
Lead compensation cycles, build and maintain models, manage vendors, resolve complex reward issues.
Conduct hands-on pay equity, pay transparency, and internal parity analyses across regions.
Ensure compliance with all applicable compensation and benefits regulations.
Lead the operational management and renewal of global benefits programs across regions.
Own end-to-end design, administration, and governance of global sales compensation and incentive plans.
Ensure HR systems accurately reflect all Total Rewards data.
Provide clear guidance to managers and employees on compensation and benefits programs.
Lead and develop a small, hands-on Total Rewards team, focusing on accuracy, accountability, and consistency.
Requirements
10+ years in HR, with deep hands-on experience in global compensation and benefits delivery.
Advanced Excel / data modelling capability; comfortable building and maintaining complex models.
Strong working knowledge of HRIS and compensation systems.
Experience managing compensation and benefits across multiple international regions.
Comfortable operating at pace in a hands-on, detail-oriented environment.
Strong judgement and problem-solving capability.
Bachelor’s degree (or similar) in HR, Finance, or related field. CCP, CEBS, or similar certifications strongly preferred.
