Responsibilities
Lead and scale India operations across HR, Finance, Admin, and Delivery enablement.
Drive local strategy execution, cost management, and compliance with Indian regulations.
Manage budgets, contracts, and vendor relationships.
Build high-performing teams aligned with FIQ’s global delivery and engineering standards.
Partner with global leadership on capacity planning, utilization, and performance.
Ensure operational readiness for audits, ISO / SOC / labor compliance.
Oversee office infrastructure, IT policies, and day-to-day facilities operations.
Represent FIQ India in board and leadership reviews.
Requirements
10+ years of experience in operations, delivery management, or general management within a tech or consulting company.
Proven track record of managing 100+ employees across multiple functions.
Strong understanding of Indian labor, compliance, and financial frameworks.
Hands-on with operational systems (finance tools, HRIS, IT admin dashboards).
Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management.
MBA or equivalent business qualification (preferred).
Experience in logistics, supply chain, or SaaS companies (preferred).
Prior experience scaling Indian subsidiaries for global firms (preferred).
