About the role
- Operations leader overseeing India organization for supply chain tech company Fulfillment IQ. Driving operational excellence, financial governance, and cultural initiatives across local teams.
Responsibilities
- Lead and scale India operations across HR, Finance, Admin, and Delivery enablement.
- Drive local strategy execution, cost management, and compliance with Indian regulations.
- Manage budgets, contracts, and vendor relationships.
- Build high-performing teams aligned with FIQ’s global delivery and engineering standards.
- Partner with global leadership on capacity planning, utilization, and performance.
- Ensure operational readiness for audits, ISO / SOC / labor compliance.
- Oversee office infrastructure, IT policies, and day-to-day facilities operations.
- Represent FIQ India in board and leadership reviews.
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in operations, delivery management, or general management within a tech or consulting company.
- Proven track record of managing 100+ employees across multiple functions.
- Strong understanding of Indian labor, compliance, and financial frameworks.
- Hands-on with operational systems (finance tools, HRIS, IT admin dashboards).
- Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management.
- MBA or equivalent business qualification (preferred).
- Experience in logistics, supply chain, or SaaS companies (preferred).
- Prior experience scaling Indian subsidiaries for global firms (preferred).
