About the role

Responsibilities
- Prepare prototypes and perform tests on flexible tubes, umbilicals, fittings and equipment to meet internal requests and to approve products manufactured in Brazil and abroad.
- Create and register purchase requisitions according to internal demands.
- Follow up on requisitions and purchase orders, monitoring deadlines and status.
- Interact with Purchasing, Engineering, Planning and suppliers.
- Receive and verify materials (physical and documentary inspection).
- Perform basic material inspection, identifying discrepancies or non-conformities.
- Control the receipt, issuance and organization of project materials.
- Manage and organize the tooling shop, including loan records.
- Keep records updated in the ERP system and in control spreadsheets.
- Support inventories and ensure the organization and traceability of materials.
Requirements
- Technical diploma in Industrial Mechanics, Industrial Maintenance Mechanics, Metallurgy, Electromechanics, Electrotechnics, Industrial Automation or Maintenance.
- Experience preparing purchase requisitions and following up on orders.
- Experience in receiving, checking and performing basic inspection of materials.
- Knowledge of inventory control for project materials and tooling.
- Familiarity with ERP systems and spreadsheets.
- Experience preparing and reviewing technical documents.
- Operational experience, preferably in metalworking/metal-mechanical environments.
- Intermediate MS Office skills and basic knowledge of Power BI.
- Basic English.
