Responsibilities
Lead and participate in Nordic and local key strategic projects and development initiatives within the Nordic Property Claims unit
Range of initiatives from digital development and business performance analysis to process and customer journey development
Collaborate closely with Agile IT teams
Requirements
Working proficiency in English and Finnish, additional Nordic language is a plus
Solid educational background with a university degree in a relevant field (business or technology)
Background of at least 3 years from management consulting industry and leading complex projects in international environment
Relevant experience from IT development, data analytics, insurance, and financial services and/or the property, construction or animal health industry is a plus
