About the role
- Analytics Engineer transforming customer experience data into actionable insights. Collaborating cross-functionally to build analytical data products that support customer experience surveys.
Responsibilities
- Own an end-to-end technical solutions for a specific data products (such as Customer Experience data)
- Transformation layer ownership: turning raw data into clean, testable and documented models (using e.g. dbt)
- Semantic layer creation and maintenance: consistent metrics and business entities accessible to BI/analytics teams
- Data quality automation: test, alerts, lineage and documentation
- Apply DevOps and production best practices, including CI/CD, version control, code reviews, and performance monitoring
- Translate business requirements into tangible development needs for the data products
- Help business understand the data products and their potential
- Collaborate closely with data consumers (such as analysts), internal stakeholders, and external tool vendors
Requirements
- Several years (2–5+) of hands-on experience designing and developing data solutions that enable analytics
- Strong programming skills and proficiency in SQL and Python
- Databricks experience is a plus
- Skilled at translating complex technical concepts into clear, accessible language for non-technical colleagues and stakeholders
- Relevant higher education background and fluency in English
- Curiosity to learn and try new technologies especially in the areas of analytics and data engineering
