About the role

  • Lead Web Analytics Developer architecture and implementation of web analytics tools at Hostinger. Collaborate with teams to enhance user experience and improve conversion rates.

Responsibilities

  • Lead web tracking squad, providing guidance, mentorship, and best practices to ensure high-quality implementation and reporting
  • Manage stakeholder relationships, translating complex analytics requirements into actionable insights and aligning expectations across product, marketing, and business teams
  • Oversee projects timelines, prioritizing initiatives, allocating resources, and ensuring the timely delivery of web tracking solutions
  • Provide strategic recommendations based on data analysis, influencing decision-making at leadership levels
  • Design and implement advanced tracking solutions across our web properties using Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, Amplitude and other analytics platforms
  • Lead server-side tracking implementation to enhance data control and reduce client-side load
  • Collaborate with frontend and backend developers to implement technical tracking solutions across different products teams
  • Develop and maintain standardized data collection frameworks, ensuring consistent and accurate measurement of user behavior
  • Establish data governance processes to maintain tracking integrity and compliance across platforms
  • Continuously improve processes, promoting scalable and efficient analytics workflows across multiple teams
  • Always stay prepared and continuously look for ways to improve the quality of collected data

Requirements

  • Strong communication skills, with the ability to clearly explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
  • Proven experience in stakeholder management, collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams
  • 5+ years of experience with web analytics implementation and optimization
  • Hands-on experience with implementing server-side tracking solutions
  • Advanced knowledge of Google Analytics 4, Google Tag Manager, and Amplitude (experience with other platforms is a plus)
  • Strong understanding of web technologies (JavaScript, HTML, CSS)
  • Strong problem-finding and debugging skills
  • Experience with data visualization tools and SQL
  • Knowledge of data privacy regulations (GDPR) and their impact on analytics
  • Experience in project tracking and project management tools (e.g., Jira) to ensure timely delivery and progress monitoring
