About the role

  • Executive Assistant supporting Executive Team in a solar tracker company. Managing projects, communications, and operational tasks for strategic initiatives.

Responsibilities

  • Manage and coordinate strategic initiatives from planning and alignment through to successful implementation in collaboration with the Executive Team
  • Work closely with HR, Finance and other departments on topics such as organizational development, risk management, shareholder relations and international growth projects
  • Serve as the central interface between the Executive Team, employees and external stakeholders — ensuring clear information flow, professional coordination and timely execution of actions
  • Support projects in change management, organizational optimization and process improvement
  • Prepare, compile and coordinate internal and external communication formats — reports, presentations, newsletters, meeting materials — as well as prepare and document Executive, Shareholder and Advisory Board meetings
  • Organize and prioritize the operational day-to-day activities of Executive Management, including calendar management, meeting preparation and, above all, structured follow-up of open items
  • Plan and execute company-wide formats such as town halls, workshops and internal events
  • Maintain the highest level of discretion and integrity in all Executive matters, and confidently prioritize tasks while professionally representing the company

Requirements

  • Degree in Business Administration, Management or a comparable field — alternatively, equivalent relevant professional experience
  • Several years of experience working with Executive Management, in executive-level assistance or in a comparable role with significant operational and strategic responsibility
  • Experience in organizing, directing and implementing complex projects
  • Ideally, experience in data analysis, budget management, operations or process optimization
  • Strong communication skills — written and verbal — with the ability to prepare content for target audiences and communicate it appropriately
  • High degree of autonomy, reliability and excellent organizational and prioritization skills
  • Confident presence and the ability to coordinate, facilitate and prepare decisions even without disciplinary authority
  • Very good German and English language skills
