About the role

  • Content & Digital Marketing Specialist responsible for SEO-friendly content and digital marketing support for Ideal Siding. Collaborating with teams to optimize web presence and ensure brand consistency.

Responsibilities

  • Create and launch new website pages
  • Maintain and update existing website content to ensure accuracy, performance, and brand consistency
  • Implement on-page SEO updates, including metadata, internal linking, and content optimization
  • Manage and expand the Knowledge Centre on the website
  • Use AI-powered tools to support content creation, expansion, and optimization while ensuring accuracy, brand voice, and quality standards are met
  • Evaluate and refine AI-generated content to ensure it meets SEO, readability, and conversion best practices
  • Support Google My Business profile management and optimization
  • Coordinate with external agencies as needed while owning internal execution and updates
  • Ensure content supports local search visibility for franchise locations
  • Support and help coordinate messaging for conversion-focused landing pages, digital funnels, email campaigns
  • Assist with building, updating, and executing email drip campaigns, including content creation, basic automation, and performance tracking
  • Provide day-to-day communication and coordination support for the marketing team
  • Help keep digital marketing initiatives organized, updated, and moving forward

Requirements

  • 2-3 years of experience in content marketing, digital marketing, or a related role (required)
  • Background in siding or construction-related industries (nice to have)
  • Strong knowledge of siding products and terminology (nice to have)
  • Strong writing skills with attention to detail and consistency
  • Solid understanding of on-page SEO fundamentals
  • Ability to learn quickly and adapt in a fast-moving environment
  • Comfortable juggling multiple projects without dropping the ball
