About the role

  • Digital Marketing Manager focusing on Google Ads and Microsoft Ads at WEVENTURE Performance GmbH. Managing campaigns, client advisory, and strategic reporting in a digital marketing environment.

Responsibilities

  • You will independently manage digital marketing projects with a focus on Google Ads and Microsoft Ads.
  • This includes: planning, setup and optimization of your own client campaigns as well as support on larger projects.
  • Strategic consulting and account management for a range of clients — including analysis, monitoring and steering of campaigns to achieve agreed objectives.
  • In-depth analyses using Google Analytics and other tools, deriving insights and further developing existing campaigns.
  • Application of different campaign formats and bidding strategies — from initial setup to ongoing optimization.
  • Conducting regular status meetings (Jour Fixes), quarterlies, and preparing reports, presentations and internal dashboards.
  • Contributing to the design of our internal processes, standards and automations in digital marketing.
  • Monitoring new trends and translating them into relevant actions for your channels and client projects.

Requirements

  • Completed degree (preferably in business, communications or marketing) or equivalent qualification.
  • At least 2 years of professional experience in digital marketing with a focus on Google Ads and Microsoft Ads.
  • Confident use of Google Ads Editor and ideally knowledge of Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager and Looker Studio.
  • Experience with full campaign setups, including various bidding strategies and formats.
  • Strong analytical thinking, structured working style, independence and high team orientation.
  • Understanding of customer journeys and audience behavior.
  • Enjoyment of client contact and the ability to communicate opportunities and goals clearly.
  • High empathy, quick comprehension and strong communication skills — also in demanding situations.
  • Confident use of MS Office and Google Workspace (especially Sheets).
  • Very good German and good English language skills.
  • Alignment with our agency values and eagerness to join a committed team.
  • Experience with Google Ads Scripts is an advantage.
