Responsibilities
Work closely with Solutions Architects and Business Analysts to understand business outcomes
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement ServiceNow solutions
Facilitate data migration activities from legacy systems to ServiceNow
Assist architects and senior developers in the integration of ServiceNow with other systems
Create detailed documentation of configurations, customizations, data schemas, and other technical decisions
Conduct thorough testing of ServiceNow configurations
Support end-user training
Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to ServiceNow implementations
Adhere to security best practices and ensure compliance requirements are met
Stay updated on the latest ServiceNow features and enhancements
Requirements
4 years or more of experience implementing ServiceNow solutions
ServiceNow Mainline certification with preference for ServiceNow Certified System Administrator
Must be able to obtain and maintain a Public Trust clearance
US Citizenship is required
Hands-on experience (>480 hours each) configuring or building 1-3 ServiceNow applications
In-depth knowledge of ServiceNow platform capabilities, modules, and best practices
Familiarity with ITIL processes and IT Service Management (ITSM) principles
