About the role
- Join ICF as an Associate ServiceNow Developer supporting a federal project. Implement and manage ServiceNow solutions aligning with client requirements and best practices.
Responsibilities
- Work closely with Solutions Architects and Business Analysts to understand business outcomes
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement ServiceNow solutions
- Facilitate data migration activities from legacy systems to ServiceNow
- Assist architects and senior developers in the integration of ServiceNow with other systems
- Create detailed documentation of configurations, customizations, data schemas, and other technical decisions
- Conduct thorough testing of ServiceNow configurations
- Support end-user training
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to ServiceNow implementations
- Adhere to security best practices and ensure compliance requirements are met
- Stay updated on the latest ServiceNow features and enhancements
Requirements
- 4 years or more of experience implementing ServiceNow solutions
- ServiceNow Mainline certification with preference for ServiceNow Certified System Administrator
- Must be able to obtain and maintain a Public Trust clearance
- US Citizenship is required
- Hands-on experience (>480 hours each) configuring or building 1-3 ServiceNow applications
- In-depth knowledge of ServiceNow platform capabilities, modules, and best practices
- Familiarity with ITIL processes and IT Service Management (ITSM) principles
