4+ years of progressive experience specialized in people analytics
Demonstrated ability to analyze workforce data and translate it into meaningful insights
Skilled in storytelling and visualization
Proficient in statistical modeling and organizational research principles
Highly skilled with employee research, reporting and data analytics tools (SPSS, Tableau, Qualtrics, SuccessFactors Story Reporting)
Undergraduate degree in relevant discipline (i.e. Human Resources, Data Analytics, Statistics, Data Science)
