About the role

  • Manager driving member engagement and development at IAB. Focused on expanding membership and enhancing education programs.

Responsibilities

  • Drive adoption of IAB’s education and certification programs across the industry
  • Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities within existing member accounts
  • Develop targeted outreach strategies to grow participation
  • Serve as the primary relationship owner for your member portfolio
  • Drive engagement, retention, and satisfaction
  • Monitor renewal cycles and engagement metrics

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in sales, business development, account management, or membership development
  • Familiarity with the digital advertising, media, or marketing ecosystem
  • A track record of hitting or exceeding revenue targets
  • Experience managing pipelines and forecasting revenue
  • Strong consultative selling and relationship-building skills
  • Excellent communication and presentation abilities
  • CRM experience (Salesforce or similar)
