About the role

Responsibilities
- Act as a key automation consultant to sales, driving pre- and post-sales success and workflow integration
- Advise customers on automated liquid handling systems (e.g. epMotion 5073–5075, epMotion 96 Flex) and deliver demos and trainings.
- Lead automation product launches and translate customer workflows into applications and product enhancements
- Gather market and competitive insights to sharpen positioning, win more deals, and support go-to-market activities
- Attend exhibition, sponsor events and customer events to showcase automation solutions.
- Enable and collaborate with Sales, Marketing, R&D & Service, and partners while maintaining accurate CRM and reporting
Requirements
- Strong background in automation and automated liquid handling, ideally with Pharma/Biotech/CRO/Academia customers, and application laboratory background in life science or similar application field.
- Proven experience in technical pre- and post-sales support, demos, and customer training
- Skilled in solution-based, workflow-oriented selling and application development
- Confident communicator and presenter, experienced in cross-functional collaboration
- Comfortable with CRM tools, data-driven reporting, and a customer-centric, solution-oriented mindset
- Fluent in English and French, with Dutch also required.
- Knowledge of other European languages is advantageous.
