Responsibilities
Develop and execute business, marketing, distribution, product positioning, and thought leadership strategies.
Lead strategic projects and specific mandates.
Plan and coordinate marketing initiatives and implement performance measurement frameworks.
Conduct competitive and data analyses to identify trends, issues, and opportunities, and provide recommendations for the commercialization and development of group insurance and savings products.
Define customer journeys and the value proposition of products and services.
Manage multi-stream projects from planning to delivery—including information gathering, execution, coordination, and approvals—ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and organizational quality standards.
Provide day-to-day sales force support across Canada to facilitate business development.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Marketing (Master’s in Marketing an asset)
8 years of relevant experience in a similar role
Advanced proficiency in English.
