- Collect, clean, and analyze data from multiple sources to generate actionable insights.
- Design and maintain dashboards to monitor KPIs, performance metrics, and resource utilization.
- Perform trend analysis, root cause identification, and scenario modeling.
- Partner with stakeholders to identify reporting needs and deliver accurate, timely insights.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, project managers, and leadership to drive decision-making.
- Communicate findings and recommendations clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, Data Analytics, or related field.
- 4–5 years of experience in PMO, project reporting, or data analytics roles.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex datasets.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
- Project Management Tools: MS Project, JIRA, Asana, or similar.
- Data Analytics & Visualization: Power BI, Tableau, or Qlik.
- Data Handling: Advanced Excel (pivot tables, macros, formulas), SQL.
- Presentation & Documentation: MS PowerPoint, Word, and SharePoint.
