Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.
15+ years of IT experience with 5+ years in leadership roles.
Hands-on experience with Java technologies.
Proven experience managing large-scale software development and delivery programs.
Strong understanding of SDLC methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, Hybrid).
Experience managing cross-functional and distributed teams.
Lead end-to-end delivery of software development projects from initiation to deployment.
Ensure delivery within scope, timeline, budget, and quality standards.
Define project plans, milestones, resource allocation, and delivery strategies.
Monitor progress, track KPIs, and provide regular status updates to stakeholders.
