About the role

  • Administrator for Group Savings and Retirement at iA Financial Group processing client requests and providing high-quality customer service. Maintaining financial compliance and preparing reports for clients and authorities.

Responsibilities

  • Process client requests using the established systems and tools
  • Communicate verbally and in writing with our clients and partners, providing high-quality customer service (requests and follow-ups)
  • Analyze straightforward requests and seek assistance from a specialist when required
  • Meet financial deadlines and comply with applicable policies, rules, and regulations
  • Prepare various reports and tax slips for clients and authorities, and perform accounting entries
  • Perform peer-review nonfinancial transactions for accuracy
