About the role

  • Analista de administração de pessoal pleno na Aegea executando e validando processos de desligamento e rescisão. Trabalhando no escritório em Indaiatuba, São Paulo.

Responsibilities

  • Execute and validate offboarding, termination and homologation processes, ensuring accuracy of calculations and compliance with deadlines, with consistent technical execution and an end-to-end view of the process.
  • Verify termination requests and dismissal letters in Evolua;
  • Perform termination and supplemental calculations in ADP;
  • Issue and save documents in homologation folders;
  • Request payments and monitor responses in SAP;
  • Maintain the termination control spreadsheet;
  • Conduct homologations according to the schedule;
  • Respond to tickets and guide the intern on technical questions.

Requirements

  • Experience with ADP and SAP SuccessFactors;
  • Understanding of collective bargaining agreements (CBAs);
  • Application and classification under labor legislation;
  • Experience with process improvements;
  • Strong knowledge of severance calculations and related charges;
  • Process and deadline control;
  • Solid knowledge of labor law.
