About the role

  • Product Information Manager overseeing parts shopping experience and content management for aftermarket parts. Collaborating with teams to enhance PIM functionality and customer experience.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the subject matter expert (SME) for PIM, the parts shopping experience, and supporting systems and applications
  • Stay current on road-mapped Product Information Manager (PIM) system features, functionality, and terminology, and manage updates to ensure the PIM system remains accurate and up to date
  • Work with a core functional team to ideate and develop new eCommerce features and functionality
  • Own PIM content for all brand parts and design OE parts go-to-market strategies, including attributes to encourage upselling and cross-selling of parts solutions
  • Design workflows and roles within PIM to digitalize key commercial aftermarket processes
  • Manage all PIM content, including product descriptions, use-case studies, and performance comparison strategies to support brand differentiation
  • Collaborate with eCommerce Operations, IT, and other functions to leverage systems, applications, and data to enhance the customer experience
  • Establish and maintain harmonized Product Information Management processes across the global HYMH organization
  • Develop and monitor quality KPIs for product information, including completion rules, status reports, and daily health checks
  • Partner with IT to review integration and implementation of data feeds, manage data governance, and ensure smooth system administration

Requirements

  • B.S. in Marketing or related field preferred
  • Without a degree: 5+ years in marketing, aftermarket, parts sales, project management, business analysis, or related experience
  • With a 4-year degree: 3+ years in marketing, aftermarket, parts sales, project management, business analysis, or related experience
  • With an MBA: 2–3 years in marketing, aftermarket, parts sales, project management, business analysis, or related experience
  • Strong knowledge of marketing and promotional strategies
  • Desired knowledge of a PIM and eCommerce platform
  • Experience in marketing, master data management, eCommerce, or related fields
  • Proficiency in market analysis
  • Skilled in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Strong project management and organizational skills
  • Proven written and oral communication skills
  • Ability to work cross-functionally and build alignment across teams
  • Experience creating go-to-market product strategies and upsell/cross-sell opportunities
  • Ability to develop and maintain data governance processes
