About the role
- Project Manager leading consulting projects for Huron’s global clients on finance transformation and ERP implementations. Ensuring projects meet client expectations on time, budget, and quality standards.
Responsibilities
- Lead and manage consulting projects from initiation to closure, ensuring delivery within scope, schedule, and budget.
- Develop project plans, timelines, and budgets in collaboration with clients and stakeholders.
- Define project objectives, deliverables, and success criteria in alignment with client expectations.
- Coordinate and communicate effectively with clients, stakeholders, and project teams to ensure project requirements are understood and met.
- Identify project risks and develop mitigation strategies to address potential issues.
- Monitor project progress, track milestones, and report on project status to stakeholders regularly.
- Manage project resources, forecasting and variance and budgeting.
- Foster a collaborative and positive team environment, providing leadership, guidance, and support to project team members.
- Conduct project reviews and lessons learned sessions to identify areas for improvement and best practices.
- Ensure adherence to project management methodologies, processes, and quality standards.
- Lead multi-pillar global finance transformation projects, including the implementation of ERP, EPM systems (Oracle or Workday).
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in business, management, engineering, or a related field.
- Proven experience of 10+ years in project management within a large consulting environment.
- Demonstrated consulting experience in leading multi-pillar global finance transformation projects and implementing ERP & EPM systems (Oracle or Workday).
- Strong understanding of project management methodologies, tools, and techniques.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
- Exceptional problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Strong analytical skills to assess client needs and provide effective solutions.
