Responsibilities
Looking for an experienced Oracle Cloud HCM Consultant for implementation, configuration, and support of Oracle Cloud HCM modules
Lead and participate in the full lifecycle implementation of Oracle Cloud HCM
Configure the Oracle Cloud Applications to meet business requirements
Work closely with HR teams and other stakeholders to understand their needs and provide solutions
Map business requirements to Oracle Fusion Cloud HCM modules and identify functionality fit/gaps, providing solutions
Configure Core HR, Absence Management, Benefits, Payroll, OTL, Talent Management based on customer needs, and document application setups
Troubleshoot and resolve functional issues within HCM modules
Conduct client demos of Oracle HCM Fusion applications
Support clients during test phases and resolve implementation-related issues
Develop end-user documentation and training materials for Fusion HCM solutions
Oversee offshore project deliverables for Core HR, Absence Management, Payroll, etc.
Act as a subject matter expert, guiding clients through the design and implementation of HCM modules
Requirements
9+ years of experience in Oracle Fusion Cloud HCM modules (Payroll with Core HR exp/ Other modules)
Strong presentation, communication, and teamwork skills
Bachelor's degree or MBA (HRMS) preferred
Familiarity with Agile or Iterative development methodologies
