About the role

  • Executive Assistant providing comprehensive administrative support to senior leadership at Huron. Handling scheduling, communications, and office operations in a hybrid role located in Boston or Washington DC.

Responsibilities

  • Provide comprehensive administrative support to senior leadership
  • Manage executive's calendar, scheduling meetings and travel arrangements
  • Act as first point of contact for all communications
  • Organize and coordinate meetings, including taking detailed minutes
  • Prepare, track, and submit expense reports
  • Oversee office operations and event planning
  • Anticipate executive's needs and proactively address issues

Requirements

  • 3-5 years of experience in an administrative or executive assistant role
  • Bachelor’s Degree preferred
  • Advanced technical skills with Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
  • Salesforce a plus
  • Familiarity with online travel tools
  • Strong organizational skills
  • High-level prioritizing and multi-tasking skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
