About the role
- Analyst in Workday Finance supporting implementation projects and optimizing finance systems. Work on data analysis and system configurations to enhance client value from Workday.
Responsibilities
- Assist in configuring and testing Workday Finance modules to meet business requirements.
- Support financial data migration, validation, and reconciliation tasks.
- Collaborate with teams to identify and resolve Workday Finance system issues.
- Participate in design sessions and assist with documenting system configurations.
- Conduct research on Workday Finance functionalities and provide insights for process improvement.
- Work with financial analytics, reporting tools, and dashboards.
- Provide administrative support for Workday Finance projects as required.
Requirements
- MBA Finance/ Chartered Accountants/Cost Accountant Graduates in 2024 /2025 with no backlogs.
- Consistent academic record of a minimum of 60% or CGPA equivalent to 60% in X, XII, Diploma, Under-Graduation and Post-Graduation (Aggregate of all semesters to be considered)
- Maximum of 2 year’s gap in education, no criteria for dead and active backlogs
- At the time of joining, all recruits need to have a minimum 60% aggregate in graduation with no standing arrears or backlogs
- Foundational knowledge of basic financial concepts and finance information systems, including processes, procedures, and best practices.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with experience using tools such as Excel and Access to translate information into documentation and solution design.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to establish relationships of trust and collaboration quickly.
- Desire and willingness to learn new tools, techniques, concepts, and methodologies.
- Proficiency in MS Office tools (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
