  • Inside Sales Advisor responsible for generating client relationships in merchant services. Selling payment solutions and identifying sales opportunities while coaching branch staff in Texas.

Responsibilities

  • Responsible for generating and expanding client relationships by providing expert payment solutions
  • Partner with branches to identify new sales opportunities
  • Coach branch staff and manage leads, appointments, and schedules
  • Build pipeline and convert leads into partnerships
  • Sell a range of payment solutions
  • Collaborate with bank units to identify cross-selling possibilities
  • Resolve client concerns and maintain relationships
  • Report leads, opportunities and trends in sales behaviors using CRM dashboards

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree
  • At least 2 years of proven sales/inside sales experience in financial services
  • 2-5 years of merchant services sales experience
  • Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills
  • Previous sales expertise in the small business space from $0-$3 million in annual sales
  • Expertise in virtual sales in a call center environment
  • Ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong problem-solving skills and a customer-centric approach
  • Proficient in Word and Excel
  • Fluency in an additional language
  • Proficiency in Salesforce
