Responsibilities
Enroll patients in the program according to eligibility during inbound telephone contact, explaining advantages and benefits following the provided script;
Schedule appointments according to the channel chosen by the patient (phone or web) following the scheduling script;
Answer questions and update patient records to ensure contacts are made as described in the program documents;
Collect pharmacovigilance reports and technical complaints when identified, and report them to the pharmacovigilance and quality departments of the pharmaceutical manufacturers within the prescribed deadlines;
Record information collected during scheduling and patient interactions in the system;
Support program management with team training activities;
Perform administrative tasks related to the program;
Request informational and patient support materials via the program system;
Perform similar and/or related tasks.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in a health-related field;
Experience with PSP, PSD and general patient care;
Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office;
Postgraduate studies (in progress) in health or a field related to the role is a plus.
