About the role

  • Business Development Analyst focusing on strategies and market expansion for new B2B opportunities. Collaborating with internal teams to convert leads into real opportunities in Brazil.

Responsibilities

  • Develop prospecting and market-expansion strategies with a focus on new B2B business.
  • Manage the entire pre-qualification cycle, ensuring leads are converted into real opportunities.
  • Map and prospect target companies, identifying needs and strategic projects.
  • Conduct consultative, personalized outreach.
  • Present Dedalus in alignment with the client’s needs, projects and objectives.
  • Identify patterns and insights from qualified leads and share knowledge with the team.
  • Enter and update strategic information in the CRM.
  • Create and execute customized cadence flows for different customer profiles.
  • Actively participate in meetings with leads and support the Commercial team in closing deals.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with internal areas (Marketing, Commercial/Sales, Operations).

Requirements

  • Proven experience in high-volume outbound prospecting.
  • Proficiency in cadence techniques and sales methodologies (SPIN Selling, Challenger Sale, Sandler, etc.).
  • Experience with CRM systems (Salesforce, HubSpot or similar).
  • Ability to build rapport and lead consultative conversations with decision-makers.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication, with persuasive storytelling skills.
  • Results-oriented mindset, with discipline and resilience.
  • Experience in B2B consultative sales and complex projects.
  • Strategic analytical skills and pipeline organization.
  • English and/or Spanish desirable.
