About the role

  • Business Development Representative identifying and developing new business opportunities for Ideagen. Collaborating with sales and marketing teams to drive revenue and client relationships.

Responsibilities

  • Identify and qualify new business opportunities through research, networking, and outreach.
  • Develop and maintain a pipeline of potential clients.
  • Conduct high-level conversations with senior executives to understand their business needs and present Ideagen’s solutions.
  • Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to develop and execute strategies for lead generation and sales.
  • Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
  • Maintain accurate records of all sales activities and client interactions in the CRM system.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in business development, sales, or a related role.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to build and maintain relationships with senior executives.
  • Self-motivated with a strong drive to achieve results.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
