Responsibilities
Assist in building and assembling online educational content for builders and industry partners using our Learning Management System (LMS)
Design and format course materials including slide decks, worksheets, reference guides, and supporting documents
Create visual and digital assets such as graphics, short-form videos, animations, and instructional content for web, courses, and program use
Upload, update, and maintain digital content across company websites using WordPress or similar content management systems
Prepare and publish builder-focused content including articles, program updates, course information, and industry resources
Support scheduled digital publishing by preparing visual assets and ensuring consistency across platforms and brands
Design supporting materials such as one-pagers, presentations, infographics, and reference tools used by builders and internal teams
Collaborate with operational, technical, and program leaders to support new program launches, updates, and ongoing improvements
Requirements
1-2 years of relevant experience
Proficient with Canva and Adobe Creative Suite
Experienced in short-form video editing using tools such as Premiere Pro, CapCut, Canva, or Adobe Express
Familiar with AI-assisted content tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Synthesia, or similar platforms)
Comfortable working with WordPress and web-based publishing tools
Curious and interested in learning about residential construction, building practices, and home warranty programs.
