Responsibilities
Manage risk throughout the commercial phase
Lead customer negotiations
Ensure compliance with Hubbell Utility Solutions risk management standards
Partner with Sales and cross-functional teams to develop strategies
Create proposals and drive process improvements
Oversee risk reviews and approvals
Participate in proposal generation and negotiations
Maintain effective risk management throughout the deal lifecycle
Align with customer CTQs
Conduct Risk Review sessions
Review and redline commercial documents to mitigate risks
Guide Sales and tendering teams in proposal quality assurance
Ensure smooth handover of signed contracts to Order Management
Help design and standardize proposals
Drive change management to optimize commercial processes
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Finance, or a related discipline from an accredited university or college.
At least five years of experience in commercial operations, contract management, sales, or project management roles.
Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively within a team, with a strong commitment to achieving results and delivering exceptional customer service.
Outstanding communication, influencing, and presentation abilities.
Technical expertise in the Utilities or Energy (Grid Automation) sector.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite applications.
